Overview:

After numerous complaints F.O.S.H.A (Faelindral Occupational Health And Safety Association) received approval to investigate and catalog any violation in accordance with local and area building and safety codes. Several serious violations were found, as well as a number of lesser hazards.

Findings:

Faelindral approach:
– Wagons have no chock blocks (rolling hazard). Shafts do not touch ground and offer no roll protection. Example:

Trip hazards not marked – multiple locations.
Example:

Lifts have no railings, all lift locations in violation.
Example:

All platforms lack safety railings.
Example:

No railing or blocking around edges between ramps and tree. Potential fall hazard.
Example:

Interior platforms, all locations. No safety railings, fall hazard.
Example:

Cooking ovens not properly vented.
Example:

Oven Exterior, no vent

Blacksmith smelter and forge not properly vented, no hole in roof for venting. Smoke and fire hazard.

Improper clearance between open flame and signage.

Conclusion:

F.O.S.H.A recommends a top down review of…. everything. Almost without exception every area of Faelindral is a living testament to lack safety standards and ignorance of basic best practices.
